NOTICE: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist
grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface (such as
the back panel) on the computer.
Press in the release button, slightly press together the two securing clips
nearest the back of the computer, and then pull the base latch straight
up and away from the computer base.
